I started in the treatment room, in boutique salons and large chains. Leadership is where I found my real work: the 1:1s, the targets, and the conversations most owners put off for months.
Along the way, I watched talented owners carry everything themselves. The business grew, and so did the noise. More staff, more questions, and less of the freedom they started it for.
So I built The Beauty Business Society to do what advice alone never could. I don't coach from the sidelines. I step into your business and lead your team until they own the results, and you get to lead like the CEO you built this business to be.
